Arena Property Management are Awesome Property Agents!!! I feel very fortunate that Arena Property are managing the house that I rent. Laura is always extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Every time repairs or maintenance have been required at the house Laura & Dee contact the Owners promptly and the work is always completed quickly and to a high standard. I really appreciate the time and care taken by Arena Property to provide a fantastic service to both the Owners and the Tenants. Thank You.

Great Agency Awesome property manager Awesome maintenance teamOur property is managed by Arena Property real estate, our property manager Laura is just wonderful she is respectful and listens to her tenants and is super helpful when dealing with any issues that arise. We also recently had our first inspection with Dee and oh my word she is just lovely, she was so super friendly respectful and helpful, we have lived in our house for almost 5 years and recently started dealing with this agency, they took the time to learn about us and our family situation, they are quick to help with any maintenance issues and their trades people are respectful and prompt, if your looking for a great agency you cannot go past a Arena 5 stars all around.

We were very impressed by Marvin during the process of purchasing of our next home in Eight Mile Plains. Highly professional, friendly and down-to-earth. Great communication between the buyers and the seller, and been extremely helpful to make the process smoothly as it could be. It has been a pleasure dealing with him and his team. It is not common that you get positive feedback from the buyers' side. We highly recommend Marvin for his excellent service, and will definitely seek for his assistance when we need a hand to manage our properties.

Best Service!Never have I ever come across property managers who actually care about the tenants.Before we were even accepted with a property Laura from Arena kept us constantly updated and handled all our enquiries with such care and professionalism.Since being at this property all communication has been phenomenal. I doubt we will ever receive service this like this again.

Laura provided us with a house after hours of persuading an owner to consider the possibility of our tenancy due to the fact that we are students. Without her we may have faced a lot of difficulty relocating, especially due to covid. Thanks to arena for giving us a happy home.

Had a chance to speak to the agents about new property purchase and investment property rental management, wish I knew these guys before I contracted with my agent. I always thought it is what it is and didn't expect anything back from the real estate but this guys really care about my transaction, spend time to go through the details and most of all passionate about my property portfolio. Very impressive and highly recommended. I will definitely come to them when my contract is up with my current agent. Five star service with professionalism.

Catherine was so helpful with applying for our new home. I have applied for over 100 houses and never had a real estate agent actually take time out of their day to help with an application when they receive so many for a property. I’m sure without her help we would not have found the home of our dreams. Very excited to move in and have Arena as our realestate.

Arena Agency is really awesome. I would say they're definitely the best agents nearby. I used to be the tenant of one of their managed property. They are very helpful and always reply us fast. Couple months ago we have to break the lease because we bought the house. Jason and his team have helped us so much. We have communicated many times, and he is very patient answering all my questions. It's not easy to find a real-estate agent like him. We really appreciated his patience and service. He's very professional and I do wish I can rate Arena more than 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I will definitely use their service again if I have another property one day. They're professional and reliable.

I would like to share my recent experience of letting out my apartment in South Brisbane. back in 2021 I had trouble letting it out due to close down, and I was not confident to increase the rent this year when the lease is finished. My property manager Jason has strongly encouraged me with his market knowledge. We had the property live on Thursday and already receiving applications before Sat the first open. More than 12 group show up on the first open, Jason has managed a efficient and organized open home with extra 2 staff from Arena, My apartment was rent out on the day with a $130 / week more than what I get now.I am very pleased with his service and more than that, he is really trying to help me to maximize the value of my rental property. He could has done the minimums by renew with a small increase but he didn't, he has gone through the hustle to built confident and knowledge and proofed me he is truly professional and he cares.Thank you Jason.

I have just sold a property through Arena and they have done an outstanding job! They went above and beyond in getting the property in good nick which ended up fetching a higher sale price.I’ve also been using Arena to manage my properties and I wish I found them earlier. Excellent service.From the time we saw the property online to making it our home, Marvin helped us at every stage. He showed us the property and all the licences and other documents that came with it. He explained at every step if there was something he had to say and also answered our questions in detail. If there was anything he did not know, he promptly found it out for us.
